Check-In time is 2:00 pm. Check-In at the office when you arrive. Park your trailer, then come and say hello.
Thursday Check-in at site #143 and let us know you are here. (Thursday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Friday 11 am to 2 pm and Saturday 10 am until Noon.) 6:00 pm - Poolside Pot Luck and Welcome Reception in the Main Lodge area. Bring your favorite country fair food like fried chicken, tater salad, mac and cheese, salads, apple pie, Mexican street corn, meat-on-a-stick, or egg rolls. We will have corn dogs! Friday 7:30 am to 9:00 am - Breakfast at the River Room Terrace. Coffee, juice, oatmeal bar, donuts, yogurt and fruit. 11:00 am to 2 pm - Check-in at the host site #143 1:00 pm - Bingo! Prizes! In the main lodge meeting room. 3:00 pm - Crafting. In the main lodge meeting room.
7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Trailer stroll- Carnival Night!Create a carnival game for everyone to play or stroll the park to see what others have come up with. Hosting a house party? We can let everyone know. (You may provide prizes or we will have some you can pass out.) MORE FUN: Earl and Becky Wharton will have homemade jams for folks to sample--Jam Judging at site #152. Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm – Open House. Open to the public. Classic cars come in and may want to park in your site if you have room. (These sites are huge!) Ice Cream truck! If you have guests visiting your site, please follow the park's rules.
6:00 pm - Pie and Cobbler contest! Show us what you've got! Bake your goods at the park on Saturday (if you want to.) First Prize: $50, Second Prize: $25. Trophies and ribbons too! (Desserts for judging must be entered by 6:00 pm at the host's site.) Winners will be announced and pies and cobblers will be served at the dance with coffee.
7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Square Dancing and maybe even some line dancing! Wear your best duds and bring your dancing boots. Moved to a street party near the host's site. Sunday Check-out time is by Noon
Want to help? We need a bingo caller, pie judges, breakfast helpers (7am), clean-up crew for the potluck, breakfast, and dessert (15 min). Would you like to host a fun event for everyone on Friday? A craft or lesson you would like to share? Let us know. (We can also help with costs.)
Last year some rally participants had their bikes and scooters stolen. Unfortunately, this is not the only rally where thefts have occurred. The park has been responsive to our requests to make things more secure in 2023.
On-site security patrol in a vehicle from 10 pm to 6 am on May 4th, 5th, and 6th.
Repairs and improvements have been made to the fencing.
A Trail Cam and two security cameras have been installed.
